Voorschoten Vulture Pro Pickem Weekly Wussie Tournament

The VVPPWW is a survivor type game and each week the lowest scoring manager (or Weekly Wussie) in each group is eliminated from the game. The game starts in Week 1 of the Yahoo NFL Pro Pickem schedule and uses each managers full Yahoo score for their team for that week. In the event of a tied score see below.

Round 1.
All Managers in a BB league will be grouped Alphabetically then split into 8 groups of 10 managers (or as near as possible). From week 1-8 the Weekly Wussie will be eliminated from each group until only 1 Manager remains.

Round 2.
The 16 remaining managers will form into 2 groups of 8 managers. From week 9-14 the Weekly Wussie will be eliminated from each group until only 2 Managers remains.

Round 3.
The 2 remaining managers from each group will be placed into 1 combined group of 4 players. From week15-17 the Weekly Wussie will be eliminated from this final group until only 1 Manager remains. That manager will be the VVPPWW champion.

In the event of a tied score any week the previous weeks score will be used. In the event of this also being a tie previous weeks scores will be used back to and including Week 1. In the unlikely event that 2 managers scores have matched exactly all season then the player first alphabetically will be eliminated. (Exception if there is a tie in week 1 of the game then all tied players will go forward and the worst scoring player in week 2 from those tied will be eliminated as well as the regular WW).

If Yahoo/NFL cancel any week that week will also be canceled in the VVPPWW and 2 managers from each group will be eliminated the next week. In the event of a dispute the game organizers and BB management decision is final. Results will be posted on each groups message board as soon as possible by the organizer after Yahoo publish final scores.

BB Staff addition: Please refrain from making drastic changes to your team name. This makes it difficult to track your team. Teams are subject to disqualification if game scorer is unable to discern name changes in a timely fashion.
